It's the same file for v3.4 and 4.0 and all the future version of VirtualDJ

ok but i have v4 and 3.4 and when i open it, it only works for v4

So i guess you have renamed the exe for the version 3.4
Copy virtualdj.exe.manifest and rename it as you did with v3.4
