Hi, i'm looking into mixing with real vinyl's and mp3's,
I read here: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/
it says:
"If you're using an ASIO soundcard, you just have to use the "bypass" mode (configure a keyboard shortcut for this action, or use a skin displaying a bypass button)."
Can some one tell me how this bypass mode works, is it something that can be set in real time so i can mix from a vinyl track into mp3? Can you see the vinyl visulisation in VDJ? I've not seen a lot about bypass mode mentioned.
Thanks

if you enable bypass it the timecode is turned off so you can play a real record
when you wish to use timecode turn the bypass off
i belive if you use time code mode you can by pass individual decks
say deck A for vinyl , but Deck B for mp3
so u can mix bettween both personaly i havent tried this
as have the mk2 which lets me mix like this any way
hope that helps
