Does anyone know conclusively what the legalities are.
I know you can't stream entire tracks with out having appropiate licenses & approval.
What i want to know is if i can (with out any licenses or approval) make a mix of tunes to stream on my site and if so at what point do the tracks i'm using have to mixed out to avoid legal implications?
The site i weant to stream on is for our Funky House Events - AngelPulse (Site is under re-construction)

Would i still need to do this if for example i just played a 5 second sample of a track?
