ok when i go to broadcast i get the address and everything but people can not go to the site i tell them and listen to what im mixin what am i doing wrong?

Check that VDJ gets your real ip
www.whatsmyip.com
If they still cant connect, it might be router, firewall or ISP not allowing direct connect to your PC
