Sujet External mixer and Maya44 Skip?

Hey guys,

I want to us my Maya44 to connect my laptop (2.8g, 1gig hdd) to two seperate channels of an external mixer..

I managed to connect everything, but find that the tracks seem to skip every 20-30 secs..very annoying.

Any idea which settings I can change to remove this problem?
