Forgive me , but I've been searching the forum and all i get is older stuff on the gigaport. I recently purchased 4.2 VDJ. I am wanting to run my gigaport sound card and use the headphones to cue the next song (or make the mix)
Please help me set this up and is there a way to easily select the player you wish to choose. ( like a keyboard key to select player one or player two. ) I know this is a bit out of the ordinary but when I first started DJing in 78, I had a mixer that seperated the mix in the headphones... cue left and main right... it worked very well , I can't seem to get used to having both in ear at the same time... any way to seperate in the headphones.
I also have a DAC2 controller and curious as to the best mapper.
I know how to set it up with a external mixer but I don't want to do that as I use a sound board with my karaoke show. (80% karaoke 20 music)
I have shows coming up , and weddings and need to be able to cue. thanks Michael
I also have a BCd2000 but its a bit bulky to use with my karaoke show. I prefer the rack mounted DaC2
