Hello guys
I was wondering using a serato box as my soundcard, can I use the DJM-800 to crossfade videos? I wasn't sure how the 800's midi would hook up to my pc or serato box? Is there other options for this. I just really want a new mixer and would love to have the ability to use a fader to crossfade the video with different transitions instead of using my mouse to do so.

DJM800 is a midi mixer so is possible to use it with vdj you only need to configure it properly in midi settings and assign the video croossfade to the knob you want to use it for, serato soundcard can be installed on your system and vdj will recognize it I'm not sure if it works in 4.1 mode.

also, you'll need an additional Midi-to-Usb device to hook up the pioneer to your computer (like a Midiman 2x2).
