Last night everything was going good until about midway through the evening.
Both decks sound was coming out of the sam channel on the mixer.
(IE Deck 1 and Deck2 sound was only active through channel 1 on mixer).
Can't understand why this happened.
ANyway I am trying to get this setup properly again and for some reason cannot ghet it right.
I Have a Maya44 MKII sound card. I have gone through different settings within VDJ as well as through Windows. I must be missing something, but can't get it.
ANyone have info on how to setup this soundcard?

I don' own that card, but know of it, so I am trying to figure out how that works. So are you coming out of the sound card with 1,2 going to an amp or speaker? So, you are only getting sound out of the left speaker? How do you have it configured in VDJ? And it was working correctly before? Did you try it now Could it be cable or the speaker? Did you try all these things, already?

Cyder advised me what the scoop is here.
WIth the Maya internal card you have to set it up as though it were 2 cards.
IN VDJ go to audio settings then choose the one that appears as 2 cards with an external mixer.
The in the drop down windows choose maya 1 2 and in th e2nd drop down Maya 3 4.
Voila. So freakin simple. I never thought of using the one showing as 2 cards.

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that it was working and one channel just stopped.

Nope, worked just that the sound from both decks were coming out of only one channel
of mixer.Could not preview other deck. Still can't figure why this happened as I was only playing music and it started out ok.
Thanks for your assist
