don't know what the problem is,i downloaded the dmg try to install but nothing happens...i have a intel base imac 20",with tiger 10.4.9..has anyone experience the same problem!!

Nope it installed fine for me... There should a promp that comes up to install it. Change the download location to the desktop and manual start it from there.

it comes as a dmg.
its a image file (like .rar or .zip on Windows) try this
Click on the .dmg file> in the Finder go to File> get info> in the pop-up menu go to open with and choose DiskImageMounter> be sure to click on Change All to make this your .dmg default application.
should now load it ?
inside you will see a mpkg
ok now in finder check that for the mpkg
"Apple installer " is the defualt program for running these files
and you should be good to go :)
