Sujet dac2 red only in remote tab

i have a DAC2 but in the remote tab i can't get a green light...

Are your drivers for the Dac 2 installed correctly ?

Well, i've been using it with pcdj fx for about 2 years. i just can't get a green light in the remote tab.
