Although Numarks Cue has a preset in the settings menu to work the BCD 2000, I cannot for the life of me get them to work together for more than two minutes at a time. When I enable the BCD 2000 in the settimgs menu of Cue, it works for a second then stops. I also get an error message saying "error in the AISO sound driver. Someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong because I'm sure it's operator error and not the hardware or software. Thanks.

Unfortunately, it's probably not operator error. The BCD2000 has been plagued with technical problems since its release last year, hence why they've stopped making it and are now launching the BCD3000... maybe this one will prove more reliable...
I don't have one myself, but I've been told that it works ok as a midi controller, as long as you don't use the built in soundcard at the same time. Try routing the sound through your pc's soundcard instead, and see if that works. I realise it's hardly an ideal solution, but to get half of the unit working would be better than nothing i guess...

Thanks for the reply. Do you or any one else have any other suggestions on making the BCD 2000 work properly with Numark Cue. For example I get the error message error in the ASIO sound drive. What are my settings supposed to be. I made the purchase so I want to exhaust all my options before I give up on it.

Unfortunatly Andy - Berhinger made a poor product with the BCD 2000. Not much more you can do about it.
