Try 1024x768, not sure it's right but you should find who made the effect and ask him.

It may depend on your screen size

I ask, because the company that does our marketing sent me a jpeg of our logo but I can't seem to get it to work and I know one of the problems is that the file sent to me is way too big. So I would like to resize it and show the logo and the botom of the screen. So I was hoping DJ Cell would answer the question (or anyone else who has the show your logo working.
I have resized the file to 1024x768 and it still gives me the message "Unable to Load"

In fact, maybe your device can't read big size. Maybe i could add a test in the code. However, as the picture is resized to the video screen it's better to have a size lower than the size of your video screen (in pixels)
Anyway it's for a logo not to show pictures with big sizes (use slideshow for that which should work with your file)

Well I got it to work. The file size should be 800 x 600 pixels and when you activate the show logo button the file is there but you have to play with the sliders to get it to show. For some reason the logo was in the middle of the video and so small that you could not see it. When I moved the sliders at the bottom of the video effects show logo area I started to see the logo.
DJ Cel is correct that a jpeg file does show a border but my logo is the company name in gold with a white circle around it, so to have a white background would take away from the effect.
DJ Cel again thanks for the work on the showlogo and I am looking forward to using it!
