new features include:
Vista Support
Scrolling for trackpad
Built-in iSight Support
Headphone audio now supported
and others

I'm merging this thread by aarontimberlake regarding the new version of Boot Camp with mine which I had posted back on March 28th when the update was released.
Regardless, it's a great update with lots of new features and vista support.
