Sujet --- Stupid Question - Cue Skins

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Was wondering if the skins on this site would work 4 the Cue software.
i thoughy y not so I dl'd & tried it , the software behaves erraticly when i try to use the 5.2 skin with Cue.
looks great but the audio & video stutters like crazy.
i really would love to have the larger screens for video with that 5.2 skin.

please help
thank you

all skins are compatiable yes.

i think you mean 4.2 , have you considered updating to 4.3?

the more going on in a skin the more processor power it needs.

kind regards

simon.

well then i must be doing something very wrong
i have duo core processor 2.6 with 2 gig's of ram.
No other programs open.
I put the skin inside of the skin folder in Numark Cue.
When i revert back to Cue's Video skin everything works fine..
Actually when I try to go back to cue's skin I have to start and exit out of the program a few times to get cue's skin to come back up. WTF??
I haven't upgraded to 4.3 cuz I don't want to adopt any bugs.
Does 4.3 fix anything?
for example for me I can loop easier with my denon3500's but somehow the loop ends up getting out of sync and ends up starting whereever it wants to either ahead of the beat or a little bit behind the beat.
Very frustrating... had to resort to using the software algorithms for loops.
getting 44..55...66..75% on calibrating the cd...could there be a problem with the CD's i burned?

I thought I glimpsed over some users having problems with 4.3

Using Serato SL box for sound card if that matters.

Which duo core processor? Some of them are known to freeze and skip. I was told stay away from the 2000s and keep with the 5000s.
