R u refering to the herc dj console mp3 or the wireless one:).. i bet u are refering to the former one rite..
MP3 controller is released earlier than the mk2 and it not a soundcard n more importantly there no headphone input to preview..:)// more to said it more simplified version.. and catered towards entry level DJ
U are lucky to have the MK2 rather than the dj console mp3.. :) I love mine....
