Some days ago I posted about I'm the user now called ROCK123 but when I registered I was other username and the license ok. I bought Hercules DJ Console with the Virtual DJC edition included and with serial number. I wanna know what happened and why nobody answer me and instead of this they delete my questions...

Now I have answered the question they told me by ticket assistance.
I hope not to have to take a photo of my Hercules DJ Console Mk2 and my CD-ROM with the serial number and my warranty certified and the shop where I bought too...
