I have a hercules mkII and i want to upgrade to virtual dj pro. Can i use this soundcard with my turntables or should i get a better soundcard for my laptop? Also can i use serato vinyle or final scratch vinyl for the software. Because no local store carries the virtual dj vinyl?

Yes u could use the MK2 as soundcard BUT if u a heavy scratcher, do considered Maya44 usb etc.
It betta to use VDJ TCV or Virtual Vinyl as others have limitations n wont work well. I have final scratch but it a waste:(. Still waiting for MY VDJ TCV tho.

You can use MK2 for TCV, you need to use ASIO driver like www.asio4all.com and it will work ok.
