I put in all my bpm to all my songs. when unplug it all of them disappear. why dont the bpm stay in memory?

When you unplug what, console? Did you closed VDJ before pulling out MK2? All BPM's, Cue's and other stuff are saved in one file and should be there (C:programfiles/virtualdj/ > VirtualDJ database.xml).

I would advice you to shut down VDJ first, It should come up with a message like "saving database" or something like that. After that has disappeared then I would unplug your usb cable to your console.
That's the way I do it and I haven't had any problem with lost information.

Thank you, I believe that was what my husband was doing. He was pulling the console out before he shut VDJ down. He never gave it chance to save.
