I can't download timecode cds cuz I need to upgrade to pro quicktime....is there another way to get the timecode cds???

No you don't need to upgrade to QuickTime Pro. You are opening the file to stream it rather than saving it. The QuickTime MIME handler will only attempt to use itself if you open the file as opposed to the method I just wrote.
*unless you're using Safari or something? I don't know how Macs handle this sort of operation.

Thank u...I was able to download the file with the regular internet explorer. I was using mozilla firefox to download the file and it wasn't letting me. Thanks guys 4 the help.
