Sujet Help... Where is 4.3?

Have I had that much beer? I just installed a new hard drive and fresh hp on my laptop. The last VDJ I actually made a disk for is 4.1r2. I can't seem to find 4.3 on the site here. When I go to upgrades it says 'no upgrades available'. The last version I had installed on the old drive was 4.2x or something like that. Where can I get 4.3 for the new hard drive?
