It happened with the program just open and sitting here without the gig-port plugged in. After about 5-6 hours a horrendous buzz came out and the level meters for each side shot up to halfway. I was told before this was an issue with the usb gig-a-port sound card or the usb port could be timing out.
Well folks this time it did it with nothing playing, nothing running in the background and nothing plugged in. Ideas?
