Sujet: Duplex/What u hear recording

I am trying to find a way to record what i hear through the speakers for example internet radio programme. This was always very easy on my desktop but now using my laptop i can't work out how to do it, any suggestions? Basically, can this be done and if so how?

If you're using Windows XP, change your recording input to Stereo Mix. This will record all the sounds which you hear, including changing webpage, navigating through folders and MSN etc. Alternatively use a streamripper such as Net Transport.
