Most of my monthly CD's have text tags written on them now. I'm using iTunes or Creativemedia player, to ripp cd's Becuase it saves on typing.
I recently copied all of my "PHatt Tracks" collection from jan 2004- pres onto my harddrive and without being able to read the cd text it would have been a pain in the ass.
As is was - a little copy/paste clicks was all it took to make the filename compatable with VDJ.
Ripping one file is okay - I do that all the time at work, But for multiple ripps it's too labour intensive when It does not have to be.

Once you rip them with the ID3 tags populated - then use Tag&Rename to do the renaming of the files.
