could I use DXM01 usb DJ Mixer and two turntables for DJing
I meen: two virtual timcoded vinyl on two direct drive TT conected with rca's
to the DXM01 phono input's the mixer conected to the computer by USB's and to mnipulate my mp3 with vdj???
in other words could the DXM01 USB DJ Mixer (or any other USB mixer)
can replace the hercules mk2???

You have 2 phono inputs so I think you can use TCV with it. Not sure how's the latency...

NO TCV will not work with the mixer -- the data path is not bi-directional from mixer to pc - the sound cards are not ASIO compatible.
The setup is either from mixer to PC for recording purposes OR PC to Mixer for output to two channels. It is the Same as the CM200USB.

The DXM 01usb mixer is not ASIO. So it will not work with TCV.

Need to use external soundcard that support asio for tcv. If that mixer is also a soundcard, u could try asio4all perhaps:))

My point behind the ASIO reference is Latency releated. The sound cards ARE NOT BI-DIRECTIONAL - they can only be switched to a BOTH RECEIVE PC data or 1 channel can SEND DATA to PC while the other RECEIVES -- The send to PC is of the MASTER OUTPUT not by channel.

Thats means u can't use it for TCV..

Wait, TCV can't be used in WDM mode at all or what? I don't use TCV but I plan to get it.

Please read the whole post - It has nothing to do with the Latency support or ASIO support.
I guess to much information creates to many questions.
It is the limitations of the soundcards built in that limit the ability to support TCV
