Sujet: Amp impedance question

Hi There

Hope someone can clarify this AMP situation for me.

Say for example you had this AMP...

This AMP drives 4ohm @ 400w per channel or 8ohm @270w per channel.
As i understand it, by connecting 4 x 8ohm speakers, the impedance would effectively become 4 ohms.
So would you now be getting 200w going to each speaker?
