Sujet BPM x2 Doesn't Work in Unloaded Track

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Well, finally decided to build up a music collection again after losing it all. Have started with Drum 'n Bass tracks which usually average around 170 bpm, VirtualDJ consistantly detects them as half bpm, which is no real problem. However, it would be nice to have the actual bpm. When you rightclick a file in the filebrowser and edit bpm, the x2 and /2 options do not work. They only work if the currently selected track is loaded.

Assuming this gets fixed, it would be nice to be able to select multiple files in the filebrowser and use the edit bpm function to multiply or divide all selected bpms by two.

It does work - it's just that the display isn't immediately updated. If you hit the /2 or X2 then click OK and look at your tracks browser it should now have the correct /2 or X2 value.

-Longtime bug that most of us have just learned to live with.-

True, would be nice to have it updated in realtime though. Also multiple files at once would be superb:

All fixed in v5, no way to multiple select files and x2 however.
