I've been using a Gemini PS626 pro2 mixer with my 1210 mk2's for about 10 year's now.
I know the old girl is not as high tech as the new mixers, but she has served me well and never let me down. I'm thinking of putting her into retirement, and buy a new mixer.
In the next couple of months I'm going to be treating myself to a whole new set up, which includes VDJ 5. I need advice on a new mixer. Numark seem's to be the in make at the mo. But I need help.
I'm not after anything flash, I do not scratch so I don't want any of these "battle mixers" I just mix. My budget will prob be around the 100 pound mark.
Any advice on make and models would help, thanks
Jimmy B

I don't know how much 100 pounds is, but I have 4-5 numark mixers. They have all served well. and still do.
the one I favor is about 20 years old.
But even the newer ones seem to perform well.
the don't weigh anywhere near 100 pounds.. LOL

My budget Mixer of choice would be the Pioneer DJM400, love the feature list, especially the effects and crossfader curve adjust.
But that baby costs £350.
