Please help. I have downloaded the 5.0 update and now it is asking for my serial number. I have had the software since 3.4 and, in fact, bought the Hercules controller and got a second software with the package. Well, there is no way I still have the serial. How can I get a copy of my serial, because after the download, I cannot even use my old version. Please help!!!

Eddie - go back to the download center ( http://www.virtualdj.com/update.html ) and enter your password. Your serial shows just above the download links.
