You can't. Mappers, Plug-in, MIDI configs, etc are only available for licensed users.
If you are considering VirtualDJ and it's support for the BCD3000, there are several threads in the Hardware forum that you can read. And, if you notice in the Downloads section there is a MIDI config available for that device.
