I am using the 16 band EQ plugin to knock down frequencies below 40Hz because they cause my sub to 'POP'. The plugin seems to work well, but it resets the curve after every song. Is there a way to keep it from resetting to flat?

You can try DJ CEL's Registry tool: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/tools.html
And disable the option for reseting effects on load. I think it's name is ClearEffectsOnLoad.
