Sujet Soundcard for 1cdj setup

Hi guys, i just bought a dns3000 and wanting to set it up w/ tccd. because i only want to use 1 deck - do i only need a soundcard with 1 input and 1 output? i have tried getting both a may44 or gigaport but sourcing them in my area has been a struggle, most suppliers dont have them available.
