Hi Guys
Have installed ver5.02 but my problems covers version 5 as well
Have also run the latest registy tool to customise virtual dj for fast track load.
But for some reason 12" mp3 tracks take 5 times longer to load into each deck as for the same track in wav
Wav tracks load in to each deck in about 1.5 secs but mp3 can take upto 5secs +
Why so long for mp3, sometime I get the feeling they are going to stop half way through the load.

This is not a problem it is NORMAL...
Vdj decompress every compressed file (mp3, wma, ogg...) as full wave in memory (temporary when you load a song)
That's why waves are easier to handle, no need to decompress, just copy them in memory..
