Sujet Using an iMac, for video with Vdj4

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

K, so my PC is giving me alot of heat issues, and I NEVER liked the idea of a laptop to begin with. I like the iMac NOT BECAUSE EVERYONE SAYS MAC IS BETTER, but more because I can have desktop performance/cost and much better portability. So, i'm wondering if it is possible the way it comes (The $1500 version, 20" monitor) to run video with that mac (And the 256mb video card.) It says that theres a mini DVI port, and that has an adapter that lets you go composite, dvi, and something else......

Hope someone can shed some light on this (ConQuest) hehehe

Oh yea, and I have a maya 44 usb, would that work for the iMac, or should I look at something else?

Maybe you've heard that TV out doesn't work under bootcamp on Macs. Well if you haven't heard, I'm telling you.

The mac version of VDJ is not optimized for video compared to the PC version, so I don't think your iMac idea is a very good one at the present time.
