Sujet Database Help: DJ Laptop Damaged :o(

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hi all!

Just finished doing a gig 2 weeks ago, the table stand folded and when the laptop fell, the force of the screen lid shutting closed shattered the LCD to pieces. Real nice...anyway, I didn't want to miss out on any gigs I have lined up so I have a back-up laptop to use for now until my main one gets fixed ($800 and 2 weeks to fix).

I was able to pull the music from the original hard drive using an external hard drive kit. Question is, is there a file on the hard drive for Numark Cue 5.0 that I can also pull that contains all the original database information like what the BPMs are, cue points, comments, etc? I really don't want to re-scan my whole music database on the temporary laptop, which would take almost days for the amount of songs.

Please help me out fellas. Thanks!

My Documents->Numark Cue 5.0 folder -- the VirtualDJ Database v5.xml file
If you other drive was in 2 partitions C: / D: then on the D: root look for the VirtualDJ Local Database v5.xml

** Yes the database names are VirtualDJ ** as they are for cross product compatibility of CUE and VirtualDJ
