Sujet Problem with renaming after mp3 convertion

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Right here goes

Converted all my files to mp3.
Opened up VDJ
Re-analysed Files.

All sorted but I get this for example

Sugar [Original Club Mix]/Original Club Mix. - Armand van Helden

So the question is how can I stop the \"Original Club mix\" of the title being put in twice. Or can\'t I.

use the naming convention artist-title.mp3

or if you would like to utilise id3 tags to get more info on your tracks upgrade to 5 pro

I would recommend using Tag & Rename (http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm) . All my mp3 files have been tagged properly in large batches using the program. The information shows up and have never had a problem with it.

tag and renames easiest:)

you need to name your files like that to show up as you want them in home edition

Thanks guys,

I shall have a look at that in the morning when I get in. Tried to change a few file names early manually, it's a right ball ache.

Prob download it tomorrow.

Cheer's
