Sujet Recording problems

I been messing around and recording my mixes and found that there is to much Treble in the mix, Is there a certain setting that the Volume / Treble / Mids / Bass need to be set at? The volume level sounds great but to much treble. The mp3's are 256kb and I'm just mixing it straight from my computer and not using a external mixer.
I bought the Cue Pro, so i'm not using the Home Edition anymore.
