Well recently I had the chance to purchase time coded vinyls for virtual dj. Shipping time took about a week and I was ready to test them out but both of my vinyls came cracked. I have a ticket to get my question answered but it has yet to be read. So do any of you know who or where I can go to get my vinyl replaced? I'm really looking forward to enjoying the full capabilities of VDJ. Thanks Kevin

wow, cracked? ups must have run over it with their truck.
when i bought my tcv they were tightly wrapped with cardboard on each side and in the cardboard box. they must have really abused your package.
i use to always get warped vinyl in the mail, but never cracked.

Thanks for the fast reply. Yes, I had a feeling since i saw the box was bent. I was hoping that it was ok but unfortunately both were cracked. Guess I'll have to wait another week now. Hope you guys have a great weekend. Thanks again -Kevin
