i don't know if there is already an option for this.
you can chance the jog weel function of the herc console in the settings of vdj its scratch or nudge.
its much easier if this option was able to make in a skin.
so you don't have to go to the settings.
or maybe a shortcut button would be great..

Load the DJConsole skin, you'll see there is a button to switch between nudge and scratch... This can of course be implemented in other skins ;)
