hi all .. i have a problem with my DAC 3 ... it as been working ok for about 3 weeks. I went to start my laptop up last night at a gig & the Dac 3 is coming up as a "Unknown Device".
all the lights are coming on the dac 3 @ the the bootup & the blue screens are lighting up on the dac 3 but that is it.. its not the cable as i have tryed different ones..
i haven't installed anything new into my laptop at all ... anybody help please ....

It might be the usb conector on your dac3. I had that problem (unknown device). You should plug-in the usb cable and move it. If sometimes
the computer recognise the dac and sometimes not I think that the usb conector is the problem. I don't know how to say it in english but I
think the "re-soldering" is the solution.

PCDJ should warranty these things, almost certain its the usb connector in the DAC-3....doesn't hold up with too much pluggin and unplugging for too long
