or the website of the video pool that was located in Europe somewhere? You couldn't subscribe if you were in the US, but you could if you lived in Europe. I've been searching the forums for a 1/2 hour & still can't find it.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

thanks

sounds like you maybe looking for www.mixmash.com talked about this one a few months back, if its the right one contact Spencer at their london office, drop vdj into the conversation as i had organised a one off introductory discount for vdj users... hope that helps

Tayla

nah thats not it. Its a video pool. not sales. anyone else?

There is one called The Video Pool and there was the Pioneer one.

www.videopool.com

I must admit Mixmash is better though. I've been with them since day one and got lots of clubs to purchase the whole Mixmash library after them seeing my collection.

yah thats the one. wow $121 US for each video....thats insane

is ETV Network still around? I can't find a website for them.

ETV is now promo only....

There are no titles on Mixmash Discs. They are just like CD's. You put them in and skip through to the track number you want.

They come on 2 discs with 15 tracks on each disc.

The logo is a small transparent > sign in the bottom right hand corner and is barely there.

I hope that helps?

I've also posted a complete catalog of every Mixmash video available on my site if thats useful to anyone. The link is www.djgarybrown.co.uk/mixmash and the catalog can be downloaded in Excel format

if anyone has time can they take a snapshot of it? the title (Artist title) & the small go.

thanks

There are no titles, no artists, just the videos

so all u see is the vp logo on the bottom right hand corner?

this one?

What does this come out to in dollars? (£30 each plus VAT) What format do they come in, from the videopool?

$61 vat doesn't matter because we can't order it here. But thats alot of money.

I know that, but I know a few DJs on the other side of the pond, like half the DJs on this forum. I'm not gonna tell. I send them my money, you know how it works. The real problem is the format, if they don't look good then forget it.

nah they look really good. i just don't like the vp logo (atleast promoonly comes in then goes away)....if its the same one....thats y i wanted to know for comparison. the pic i posted earlier is a recent video...so if thats them then thats the logo. I just need confirmation from someone.

funkturnal

yeah mixmash comes with a permanent opaque logo to the bottom right of the video barely noticeable and you gotta look really hard to see it sometimes, whereas po comes in with big credits at the beginning, of the two i prefer the way mixmash does it no credits and a barely visible logo throughout the vid, but the choice is yours...

Tayla

For Mixmash both me and Tayla have contacts, in fact Mark the bossman is quite a good friend of mine. We can be your "friends across the pond" if you know what i mean.

Mixmash are damn good quality and are in Pal 4:3 at 720 x 576

Sound quality is spot on too!

I wasn't talking about the quality, but the format. I think they use PAT or something like that.
