Video activation will not be stored permanently. After setting the option, exiting VDJ 5, rev. 4 and reentering the checkbox is empty again.

Is the option of Activate on Load staying checked ?
This option test VirtualDJ to engage the video engine when a video is loaded. No need to keep the 'Activate' check box checked if this option is checked. Video will activate automatically if you load a video. It has been this way since v4.x.
