hey guys, i thought i'd better say hi. lovin the software but having a few problems (if i don't wait till a trach has fully loaded and start to load another it all freezes up lol)

Be sure when you are having a problem to post the specs on your machine. Are you running on a 'fresh' machine? (Meaning Windows has just been loaded, or re-loaded on the machine with minimal side software.) Depending on how long you have been running Windows on your machine, and how much software you have installed, starting fresh might help you out.

If I understand the policy correctly it has long been VDJ company policy to help all users of the software. If a person is using a cracked version or not. The vast majority of users who are using a cracked version eventually purchase the software, (you would be surprised who has used a cracked version) due in part to the support they receive here. Atomix Corporate in no way wishes to label these users as un-desirable or, allow the users of the forum to know who is, and is not a legal user. Someone took it upon themselves to act against policy and put the "Illegal User" tags on some accounts, which has since been removed. At least that is the situation as I understand it. I hope this clears things up for those with questions.
Giving credit where it is due. I have learned here, and with everyone connected to the software, if you have a question or are curious ask. I find most times you get an honest and forthright answer. If its not forthright it means something is under development and cannot be discussed.
Then again I could be wrong on this after all, I am just a caveman.
