Sujet Can't play vob with AC3 audio stream

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Tried some vobs with the latest revision 5 of Virtual DJ 5, and found out that it can not proparly play vob videos containing an AC3 audio stream.

Video 1 - doesn't play the audio as it should (works in Media Player Classic)
Video: MPEG2 Video 720x576 (4:3) 25.00fps 5200Kbps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 448Kbps [Audio]
Subtitle: DVD Subpicture [Subtitle]

Video 2 - works fine in and outside Virtual DJ
Video: MPEG2 Video 720x576 (4:3) 25.00fps 8000Kbps [Video]
Audio: PCM 48000Hz stereo 1536Kbps [Audio]
Subtitle: DVD Subpicture [Subtitle]

Found another two examples, actually these ones are the same song, but not ripped with the same settings..

Video 3
Video: MPEG2 Video 720x480 (4:3) 29.97fps 8000Kbps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch 448Kbps [Audio]
Subtitle: DVD Subpicture [Subtitle]

Video 4
Video: MPEG2 Video 720x576 (4:3) 25.00fps 5200Kbps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 448Kbps [Audio]
Subtitle: DVD Subpicture [Subtitle]

Guess which one won't play.. Yes, the second one. It holds the very same specs as video 2 in previous post.
Notice that despite it has AC3, it only holds a stereo channel, in contrary to the first one that actually has 6 channels.
I'm no real expert in this field, but, attention is needed to this issue.

Also, I use the "Video Decoder" in VDJ settings. If I change it to "Windows MediaPlayer video decoder", the songs play proparly, well, after a while. When adding a vob it causes the program to freeze, and while the song load it gets laggy and audio might skip for a moment.
K-Lite Codec Pack Standard, is what I use.
