This might be a silly question, but it interest me,
How do the Dev team actually sort and fix bugs out of the software that we all love. I know that we find them and report them to the team, but different users have different problems, so do they go back over there hard work and re-evaluate the codes and programming and alter them.
Anyway keep up the good work team.

That's part of it. But the biggest support is when you have a crash that is captured by the Crash Guard. Posting the crash guard report file is a big help. Also, after you report the info in the file - deleting that file so OLD crash data isn't left lying around.

Pictures or videos really helps too.
It's important to correctly describe the problem and to give a way (step by step) to reproduce it.
The choice of the words to describe the problem are also very important. For example, a crash is different from a freeze, ...
