Hi.
So now that i have downloaded the latest version of the program im experiencing the database problem that im reading about on here. Each time i open up VirtualDJ, songs have missing info. Im not running Vista so im ignoring the info about the problems with that. On the browser tab on virtual ive used the check-clean-fix buttons but not sure that they are accomplishing anything. Ive seen some advice of "recursing and adding to search database" .... Pardon my ignorance but can someone explain what that means exactly?
thanks,
todd

yes, you should do the recursing, if your still having the same problem next Look on your hard drive, make sure MP3 files are tag right. Click on a song then right click go down to properties click on that, at the top of properties click on summary then you may have to click on advanced tab. now you should see the taged info..if this is blank, you need to fill it in.. if this is ok...click on icon virtual dj...when it opens, click on config, now click on browser, make sure the read id3 tag,the id3 artist/ title, id3 comments are enabled...hope this helps...
