you may be looking for a different software.
vdj is built for mxing audio. on some occassions video and samples.
but i have rarely seen/heard anything about vdj applying effects to the microphone.
additionally, you might want to reconsider using a pc mic instead of a dj mic.

creative sound blaster features lots of sound effects which can be assigned to any sound blaster channel.
try that.

VST effects you can get or create that effect mic inputs,
but the VST software is on the high side
so maybe someone who has it could make it ;-)
cause i only got a demo of a VST creation software ;P
