Hi all,

I've recently made the switch to Mac and I'd like to get VDJ running on it. I've got one of the new aluminium 24" iMacs (enjoying it very much) and have a question about
multichannel audio. What's a good way to get two stereo outputs on the iMac without having to buy an expensive professional external soundcard?

Unfortunately I have a BCD2000 as my controller, so using its built-in soundcard on the Mac over USB isn't an option (WHY can't they release drivers....). Can I buy an average
2-channel external USB soundcard and then use that in VDJ along with the Mac's internal audio to get speaker/headphone outs? Or is there a 4-channel soundcard out there that's reasonably
priced just for the hobbyist?

Thanks for any help.

Either Hercules DJ Console MK2 Mac edition is a great soundcard (& will replace your BCD2000 as this is also a nice controller), or, if you just want a "soundcard" feature, Maya 44 usb wich is very popular.
