I have try the demo, and I think the search bar could be better.
One of the best searcher I have used is in winamp the "Jump to File" option.
with that option the search could be easier, for example if in your playlist is a file that is located at
c:/Music/English/Pink Floyd Tribute/Easy Star All Stars - Money.mp3
In Virtual DJ you have to search for a part of the file name/path that is continuous and in the correct order, for example
if you search for "Stars - Money" it would be found but if you search "Money - Stars" it wouldn't
In the other hand with winamp, you can search only pieces of the name or path and in different order,
for instance if you search for "ney mo tribute" the results in the search should show that specific song that is much better. (and maybe other if there are other track with that specific combination of letters, but you can narrow the search by adding Pink to the search for instance "ney mo tribute pink")
Since some times you don't remember the complete name but only pieces this would be a great feature.
