Why can I not monitor a single channel at a time?? Is this a feature or are my settings wrong?

I am using the Hercules mixer skin, everything else seems ok, get headphones but only with both channels and they both come out the speakers also.

my computer has only one audio exit , is it even possible 4 me to use the headphones seperratly from my speakers?????? and if not, do i need to purchase a new sound card, would splitting the existing audio exit i got do any good????

You have to purchase the full version virtualdj , so you can then doing everything you want.
You can not seperate chanels in the trial version.
