Sujet: Where is ther resize skin tool ?

Hello,

my problem is I can only use a resolution by 1024 X 768. This is the reason because i search the rezise skin tool to change the resolution.
Everybody have the information where is the tool ? I have searched in the Tool popup, but i haven`t seen the tool. sorry
